This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development position at Clove based in Mumbai. The Business Development professional will be responsible for tasks related to lead generation, market research, customer service, and communication to drive business growth and partnerships. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Researching prospective accounts in target markets
• Willingness to ‘hunt’ by making cold calls to a targeted prospect list
• Qualifying and pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
• Working with the pre-sales team to design customized solutions
• Developing proposals for prospective clients
• Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
• Commitment to working as part of a small, and committed team
• Help shape the future of the business by engaging in meetings and suggesting process and product enhancements / improvements
