Key Responsibilities :
Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Lead the creative thinking process across brand briefs—turning insights into platform-first campaign ideas.
- Conceptualize and develop campaign themes, influencer activations, content strategies, and narratives for diverse categories and platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, planning) to convert client briefs into actionable and innovative influencer-led strategies.
Pitch Development & Presentation
Own the development of pitch decks including storytelling, scripting, and execution plans.Present creative strategies and ideas directly to clients with clarity, confidence, and insight.Help the brand and business development teams win and retain key accounts by crafting persuasive strategic narratives.Trend Analysis & Insights
Stay ahead of content, culture, and platform trends (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).Identify emerging influencer trends and integrate them into brand storytelling and campaign ideation.Decode consumer and digital behavior to build audience-first strategies.Collaboration & Execution Oversight
Work closely with influencer marketing managers and content teams to ensure the creative vision is consistently executed during campaign execution.Provide creative direction to scriptwriters, designers, and video editors when needed.Review campaign content and ensure it aligns with the creative strategy and brand guidelines.Requirements :
1-5 years of experience in a creative strategy or brand planning role, preferably in a digital / influencer marketing agency.Strong understanding of influencer content across formats (short-form video, storytelling, reels, memes, etc.)Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate brand goals into platform-relevant narratives.Strong presentation and communication skills.Proven ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.A portfolio or body of work showcasing strategic thinking and creative impact (preferred).
