Job Role : ServiceNow Developer

Experience : 4 to 10 Years

Location : Hyderabad

Interview mode : Face-to-face Interview on 28th June at TCS Hyderabad

Must Have :

• Experience in ITSM, ITOM and Servicenow Discovery module with experience in implementation, configuration, updates & troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding and solutioning capabilities in ServiceNow Global scope and foundational data such as Location, Organization, CMDB
• Working knowledge to develop on Service Catalog
• ServiceNow ITSM Incident, Change, Problem management and CMDB Asset Management developers
• Have a strong understanding of software development and business process engineering in the ServiceNow application.
• Hands-on experience in integration and Service Portal development
• Have worked on cloning and upgradation of ServiceNow instance. Must be aware of the latest modules of ServiceNow version
• Serve as a key technical resource for configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation
• Good development / configuration knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and release management. Also, any experience in Asset, CMDB, Service requests, HTML, Angular JS will be an added advantage.
• Have strong project, product management, and business management experience. Should have liaised .
