AS400 Developer / Senior Developer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead iSeries (AS400) to lead and manage engineering teams across multiple small to mid-sized projects. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in CLLE, RPGLE (including free format RPG), SQL, DB2 / 400, and have a solid track record in technical design, development, and delivery in Agile environments. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct high-level requirement analysis, estimation, and project scheduling.
• Plan, monitor, and control engineering activities across the SDLC.
• Prepare and review technical designs, code, and test plans / results.
• Provide testing support during system integration and user acceptance phases.
• Lead release preparation and post-implementation support activities.
• Contribute to non-functional testing such as performance and security.
• Represent the engineering team in meetings with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of ~5 engineers, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Manage and deliver 23 concurrent small to medium-sized projects.
