Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Selenium and WebDriverIO to join our growing QA team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong automation skills, enjoys working in an international, collaborative environment, and is passionate about delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and develop manual and automated test cases for cloud-based digital services and desktop applications
Implement test automation frameworks using WebDriverIO, Selenium, and similar tools
Collaborate closely with frontend / backend developers and UI / UX designers to ensure product quality
Maintain and enhance test automation suites for continuous integration and deployment
Conduct manual testing when necessary to complement automation
Maintain test documentation and ensure accuracy of user documentation
Participate in Agile development cycles, sprint planning, and daily scrums
Contribute to improving overall QA processes and ensure test coverage across projects

Required Skills :

6+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on test automation

Proficiency in WebDriverIO, Selenium, and test scripting

Solid experience with JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, and web testing practices

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices

Familiarity with Agile software development processes and CI / CD pipelines

Experience using version control tools (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)

Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and structured approach to testing

Strong written and verbal English communication skills
