Remote | Performance-Based Compensation)
We’re hiring an experienced Business Development Partner to help bring in high-value digital projects. This is a fully remote, performance-driven role with a project-linked earnings model. There is no fixed monthly salary - your compensation directly reflects the business you generate.
About the Role
- Remote-first, outcome-oriented role
- No fixed pay - performance-based payout per closed project
- Focused on high-ticket digital services : websites, mobile / web apps, UX-UI design and development, branding, MVPs
- Work closely with the founder on proposals, strategy, and execution planning
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on results
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify high-potential B2B leadsEngage directly with decision-makers : founders, CXOs, directorsBuild a strong lead pipeline through your own methods (, email outreach, referrals, etc.)Deliver contextual, consultative pitches no templates, no mass mailersOwn the sales cycle end-to-end : outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and closingWhat We’re Looking For
Proven track record in closing B2B deals for digital services or productsStrong understanding of digital delivery workflows (UX-UI, development, branding)Confident, independent, and results-focused not waiting for directionExcellent communication, negotiation, and lead management skillsSelf-managed, proactive, and accountableCompensation
