We are looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager to oversee our branch operations in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations, exceptional customer service, compliance with regulatory requirements, and achievement of business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations including customer service, collections, and disbursals
• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities
• Manage and train a team to achieve performance targets across loan products
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory guidelines
• Monitor and report on branch financial performance and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local business ecosystem
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and minimize risks
