Responsible for Finalisation of Accounts as per Ind AS, Taxation & Compliance.

• Monitoring and ensuring timely reconciliations in all areas from books
• Preparation of Form 3CD and annexures and getting Tax audit done and filing of return.
• Handling Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit
• Quarterly SEBI LODR compliance
• Control over processing the payments to vendors and employees and vendor management
• Statutory Direct and indirect tax compliances.
• Well versed with Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits etc
• Income Tax and Advance Tax Computation.
• Ledger review, Finalisation of Fixed Asset Register. & Revenue Accounting.
• Specialization in Book keeping, Accounts Handling, Invoicing, bank reconciliation entries
• Monthly closure of book of accounts of MIS, review & presenting to board, provisions, prepaid expenses etc.,
• Internal Financial Controls and monitoring
• 26AS Reconciliation, assisting in the preparation of Financial Statements.
• Preparation of Expenses Schedule & Summary Reports for Management
