Position Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our client’s team. In this role, you will help build and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure, CI / CD automation, and platform reliability across cloud environments. You will lead platform upgrades and migrations, improve system observability, and ensure robust support for production systems.

This role includes participation in an on-call rotation to support critical infrastructure and operational reliability.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO :

• Infrastructure as Code : Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform .
• Cloud Platforms : Build, manage, and optimize scalable and cost-efficient solutions in AWS and GCP .
• CI / CD : Develop and maintain automated CI / CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI / CD .
• Observability : Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting with New Relic and Splunk to maintain system uptime and performance.
• Kubernetes : Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Event Streaming : Work with Kafka to support real-time, event-driven architectures.
• Data Platform Support : Collaborate with engineering teams to support BigQuery , Snowflake , and big data platforms like Hadoop / EMR / DataProc .
• Cloud Networking & Security : Implement and enforce cloud security best practices, including networking (VPCs, firewalls), IAM, and encryption.
• Platform Upgrades & Migrations : Lead infrastructure upgrades and platform migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaboration : Partner with Dev, Data, and Operations teams to ensure systems meet performance and reliability requirements.
• On-Call Support : Participate in the on-call rotation to address system incidents, troubleshoot issues, and maintain uptime.
