Roles and Responsibilities
- Develops, presents and maintains project plans, including business cases, staffing
requirements, detailed budgets, work breakdown structures and schedules
Help ensure that projects are routinely prioritized, reported, managed and status iscommunicated to ensure business value is delivered
Help define project scope, objectives, milestones, success criteria and deliverables thatsupport business goals in collaboration with stakeholders
Help design, document and implement appropriate protocolsEffectively able to communicate across all levels of the organization includingmanagement, key business sponsors and with external service providers
Able to determine and resolve project slippage and scope changes in respect of theoverall project, prioritize deliverables to ensure milestones are met
Liaise with Compensation and Data Teams to ensure clients reporting and data needsare met
Lead matrix project teams, influence leaders within HR, Shared Services and otherfunctions across the business, monitor project plans, milestone achievement,
Identifies process and operational roadblocksAnalyze, research and design functional specifications from internal and externalindustry sources for HR best practices to meet business requirements
Define requirements, manage priorities, and ensure effective functioning of projectsWork experience as an HRIS Manager or similar roleHands-on experience with HR database administrationResearch vendors and implement new integrations as neededCollaborate with our IT staff to perform regular tests and upgrades to our HRISDesign manuals and document data processing proceduresHR SME for creating HR service offerings to client, who can convert their expertise andknowledge into product development
Licensing or Certifications
PMP, PMI, II, PRINCE, CAPM, SOX, SHRM, BPM, PM, HR
