Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support Coordination : Attend Support Swarm Calls and ensure all support requests requiring engineering intervention have corresponding JIRA tickets created and properly documented.
- Product Suggestion Management : Track accepted product suggestions and create corresponding JIRA tickets to ensure they are properly incorporated into the product roadmap.
- Engineering Liaison : Serve as the first point of contact for product-related questions from the engineering team, facilitating clear communication between product and development teams.
- User Research : Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Product Testing : Participate in product testing to ensure new features meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Stakeholder Communication : Help maintain regular communication with key stakeholders about product updates, launch timelines, and priority shifts.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve product development processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
- Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls.
Experience and Desired Skills :
Professional Experience :
7+ years of experience with at least 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, customer support, or a related field.Experience with SaaS products is a plus.Technical Expertise :
Working knowledge of JIRA and other project management tools.Understanding of DevOps process.Familiarity with Salesforce and OmniStudio suite and other low-code platforms is desirableSkills & Competencies :
