What You’ll Own?
- Build deep, consultative relationships with CHROs, CEO’s, CTOs and L&D heads
- Craft and drive sales strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets;
- Understand client challenges and design tailored, strategic solutions;
- Lead high-value pitches and close transformative, long-term deals;
- Track market shifts, spot new opportunities, and stay two steps ahead;
- Mentor and guide younger team members, shaping how we show up in the market;
- Navigate contract negotiations and pricing discussions with confidence;
- Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure we exceed client expectations.
What Sets you Apart?
4+ years in consultative B2B sales, ideally in the talent space;Mature presence with exceptional storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills;Focused to sell by shaping—not pushing—ideas that matter;Willing to travel when needed to build stronger, trust-led partnerships.
