Job description : - Have the E2E accountability of the product lifecycle of epics / initiatives on NDC Order servicing.
Analyze solution offerings of competitors and define the strategic positioning of the product in alignment with Product Marketing Management
Work closely with Product Marketing Management, Operations (Customer Service / Delivery / Go To Market) and Customer Solution Expert teams to define priorities and releasing plan for new products or upgrades
Analyze impacts on the end to end flow for new epics (Webservice / backend, Selling Platform connect, Cytric, billing )
Ensure solutions (to be) released meet the user needs and product readiness guidelines
Partnering with relevant stakeholders to build the backlog and roadmap in your area of responsibility
Product Development
Serve as product expert in the review and implementation of product initiatives
Create and manage the documentation of business requirements ensuring delivery in line with client and market commitments
Partner with engineering to provide leadership in an Agile development process, setting scope, and ensuring effective prioritization of features & stories, managing daily progress, and defining acceptance criteria
Articulate & Develop value propositions and key messages corresponding to problem statements, and articulate them into new product concepts or upgrades
Participate in Agile events (PI planning, System demos ) when applicable / required
Effectively communicating the change which includes but not limited to building and publishing Release Notes, presenting the features of customer or business stakeholders and answering their queries on a release.
