We are hiring for
International Voice Support Executives
for our Gurugram and Mumbai locations. The ideal candidates should have
1–5 years of experience
in handling international voice processes, preferably in BPO or customer support roles. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls with customers from global regions such as the US, UK, or Australia, resolving queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs. Candidates must possess
excellent verbal communication skills in English
preferably with a neutral or international accent, and should be comfortable working in
24×7 rotational shifts
including night shifts. Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools, along with a customer-first attitude, is essential. Immediate joiners with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to handling customer interactions are preferred.
