Key Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers (IT Managers, Procurement, HR).
- Perform outbound calling, email campaigns, and outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule discovery calls and introductory meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain lead and opportunity data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Support proposal development and manage RFP / RFQ tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted outreach campaigns.
- Build and manage a pipeline of staffing prospects across various industries.
- Stay current on US staffing trends and job market dynamics.
Qualifications :
1–2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (US staffing / recruitment preferred).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.Self-starter with a passion for client engagement and target achievement.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Nice to Have :
