Location : Remote (India-based, IST timezone)

Experience : 1-5 years

Compensation : - 4.5-9L base salary + annual bonus (Total Comp : - 6-15L)

About the Role :

We're looking for a Sales Associate to help power the next wave of Lazy Eight growth. You'll work closely with our senior sales team, helping filter inbound leads, maintain the sales pipeline, and coordinate internally to push proposals and deals forward.

What You'll Do :

Support qualification of leads and maintain the sales pipeline sheet
Work with staffing and partner team to assess prospects and timelines
Help the accounts team with proposal creation
Support the marketing team on strategic outreach and campaign ideas
Share weekly and monthly updates with senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For :

1-5 years of experience in BD, sales ops, or client services

Strong English communication; Hindi a plus

Familiarity with Google Sheets is a must; GPT usage is a bonus

High agency, sharp writing, and an interest in brand, design, or product strategy
