What You Should Know About This Job
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth.
You will be responsible for generating leads, closing new client deals, following up on prospects, and
ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. You'll also work closely with internal teams to
prepare and send contracts, agreements, and ensure client success from day one.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social outreach,
and other lead-generation strategies
Qualify leads and convert them into active clients
Conduct discovery calls and client presentations to understand needs and pitch relevant solutions
Close client sales and handle all follow-up communication
Coordinate with internal teams to set up new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Prepare, review, and send contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system
Nurture existing leads through consistent communication and relationship-building
Collaborate with marketing to align outreach strategies and provide feedback from the field
Requirements :
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software
Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
