SAP S / 4 HANA MM / WM Support Specialist
- SAP S4 HANA MM and WM Support Specialist and Business process consultant
- Achieve client expected business results
- Interact with Business SME.
Qualifications and Experience :
Graduate Engineer from reputed collegeAt least years of domain experience in Procurement and Inventory Management FunctionAt least years of SAP MM / WM experienceOne full lifecycle SAP ERP implementation experienceExperience in supporting SAP ERP at large client engagement would be desirableHands-on SAP MM configuration experience with focus on MM functionalities – Master Data (Material Vendor, info-records, source list, etc.), payment terms, pricing procedures, various release strategies and procedures, Goods receipt, Inventory management using various movement types, Invoicing and payments.Hands-on SAP WM processes with focus on configuration based on changes in Warehouse layout and procedures, various Picking and Put away strategies, Handlings Unit / Storage Units, use and integration with RF devices, various Control Parameters, Number ranges, Defining Storage Types, sections, bins etc., Sort and Search Sequence, assigning to Movement types, printing barcodes, Shipping process (using Transportation), Kanban process, JIT process, etc.Extensively worked on diverse environments having multiple interfaces with SAP through PI, etc. is mustResponsibilities :
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients’ business functionalityHelp and handhold end users for transaction codes which are often usedUse of basic knowledge and experience to answer the questions and doubt from end usersGuide end user on ‘how to do’ in basic things in SAP system and solve easy problemsAble to understand the issues / tickets, get Root cause for the problem from the end-user and categorize them into respective functionsWork on Key integration points between SAP modules ResponsibilitiesAnalyse the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client’s needsAct as liaison with client for troubleshooting : investigate, analyse, and resolve software problemsHelp develop necessary modifications / enhancements to address clients' needsUnderstand the different Severities and Priorities based on the Level of issueUnderstand the different SLA's and coordinate with support team for expediting the resolution of ticketsAble to understand the issues / tickets, get Root cause for the problem and categorize them into respective functionsAct as a liaison and Coordinate with Business users and L2 Support teamAbility to escalate the issues to the next level and keep the users updated about the progress of the issue.Understand the different monitoring requirementsProactively provide overall feedback to Production Support ManagerAbility to search for similar problems in the database and suggest resolution as applicable or pass it on to right stream of next level of support for quick resolutionLogistics :
