Director - Offshore Delivery

Role Brief & Responsibilities :

We are seeking Offshore Delivery Leader for Japan to be based out of Bengaluru and lead Delivery execution for Japan Customers across Embedded Engineering, Semicon, Security , AI Applications, Data and Platform Engineering projects for global clients in Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, and Healthcare industries.

This leadership role demands a growth-driven, solution-oriented mindset to ensure successful execution while unlocking new business opportunities .

You will be responsible for assimilating and building high-performance technical teams , ensuring agile and high-quality delivery , and achieving billability, utilization, and profitability targets across accounts

Required Experience and Capabilities

• 20+ Years experience in ER&D with last 10+ years of Experience in as the primary delivery interface for Japanese customers in the Software(Embedded / Digital(Non IT))
• Japan Language proficiency is a must have (At least JLPT-3 / 4)
• Understand Japanese client business needs, technical expectations, and cultural nuances.
• Experience in work in Japan more than 5 years as onsite SPOC or Onsite leader
• Lead globally distributed engineering and QA teams (onsite / offshore).
• Experience in understanding delivery quality system of Japanese customer
