We are seeking an experienced SDET Testing Lead to oversee our testing processes and lead our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with a proven track record of implementing testing strategies that ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the software testing efforts of the team, ensuring quality and efficiency in the testing process.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and strategies for various applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices and testing methodologies.
• Analyze and report on test results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and non-functional testing.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
