About the Role

We’re hiring our Founding AI Engineer to help design, build, and scale intelligent, agentic AI systems that operate autonomously across voice and chat. You’ll lead development across reasoning flows, memory systems, tool execution , and API integrations — building the foundation of our AI platform from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with the founder in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment where you’ll have a real say in what we build and how we build it. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage chaos, loves autonomy, and is excited to evolve into a lead or founding engineering role as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build Agentic AI systems that reason, act, and respond autonomously across multi-step workflows
• Develop multi-modal conversational agents that integrate voice (STT / TTS) and chat interfaces
• Design end-to-end flows with contextual awareness and persistent memory
• Integrate deeply with external and internal systems — including CRMs, scheduling platforms, helpdesks, and databases — via robust API orchestration
• Implement fallback logic, reasoning chains, and real-time observability to ensure stability and adaptability
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI-powered workflows based on real-world user feedback
• Collaborate closely with the founder on system architecture, product roadmap, and technical direction
