Lead Technical Architect

As a Lead Architect, you hold the pivotal role in steering our solutions design around Oracle Database, Middleware, and Applications. You'll lead a high-performing team, ensuring they embody the highest standards of service delivery.. This position demands a seasoned professional with deep expertise in cloud technologies, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in successful projects, particularly focusing on large-scale cloud migrations and architecture deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex solutions and work with Product SME's for Solution Design
• Lead Customer workshop, understand the solution and gaps
• Take ownership forthe solution approach design, and lead the Technical Delivery Team
• Articulate best practices, understand customer pain points and challenges to arrive at the best fit solution.
• Build a complete project plan,a phased approach, and resource planning for the complex migration project. Stitch together dependencies across multiple products
• Act as a Trusted Adviser for customer's business problem
