Vertoz is looking for a Technical Lead and Solutions Architect to spearhead the design and
delivery of enterprise-grade AdTech solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for system
architecture, large-scale engineering team leadership, and end-to-end project
management—from planning through delivery—ensuring that technology execution aligns with
business strategy.

What you will do :
Architecture & Technology Leadership
- Architect and build scalable, low-latency systems for RTB, DSP, SSP, DMP, and identity
solutions.
Lead end-to-end solution design, ensuring system scalability, performance, security, andmaintainability.
Drive adoption of best practices in software design, DevOps, cloud-native architecture,and data engineering.
Engineering & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional engineering team.Foster a high-performance, collaborative engineering culture with continuousimprovement and learning.
Project Management & Execution
Own project planning, scoping, estimation, prioritization, and delivery using Agile / Scrummethodologies.
Define project timelines, allocate resources, and proactively manage risks anddependencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with productroadmaps.
Monitor progress, resolve blockers, and ensure delivery within time, scope, and budget.Use tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana to manage execution and reporting.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Business Leaders to translatefunctional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Communicate architecture plans and project progress clearly across technical andnon-technical audiences.
Partner with DevOps teams to ensure system uptime, reliability, and observability.Requirements
8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a technical leadership orarchitect role.
Proven track record of managing large engineering teams and leading full projectlifecycles.
Strong hands-on experience with AdTech technologies : RTB, OpenRTB, DSP / SSPplatforms, user identity frameworks, fraud prevention, and data pipelines.
Expertise in backend programming languages (Go, Java, Scala, or Python) and real-timeprocessing tools (Kafka, Flink, Spark).
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerizationDocker, Kubernetes), and CI / CD pipelines.
Background in high-scale programmatic advertising or data-driven platforms.Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects across globally distributed teams.Knowledge of data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA), first-party data strategies, andaudience segmentation.
PMP, any programming language and Database certification is a strong plus.Benefits
