System Engineering Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Systems Manager to oversee, maintain, and optimize our company’s IT infrastructure and systems. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of all IT services, both on-premises and in the cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration, network management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Manage IT staff, assign tasks, and provide support for system-related projects.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Handle system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and support teams to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and data security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Monitor system resource utilization, trends, and capacity planning.
