Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage field sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Align field operations with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee territory planning, route optimization, and account management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Ensure effective coverage of key accounts and high-potential areas.
  • Coach and evaluate team performance through regular feedback and field visits.
  • Conduct ride-alongs and implement sales training programs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and use insights to optimize performance.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in field sales leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing geographically distributed teams and meeting sales goals.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales analytics and field automation tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
