Corporate Finance Specialist
Location : Mumbai
Budget upto 40 LPA
Maximum 7yrs of working experience
MQ : CA / ICWA / MBA or PGDM – Finance
Key Responsibilities :
- Managed the raising of loans, including Syndicated and Bilateral Loans, acquisition financing, project loans, Revolving Credit Facilities, Short Term Facilities, working capital facilities, Inter-company financing in multiple jurisdictions and multiple currencies.
- Managing a relationship with domestic and international Banks, FIs, debt Investors, the International Development Bank & internal teams.
- Exposure in debt capital market issuances viz. REGS Senior Bond Issuance and Non-Convertible Debenture Issuance.
- Managing domestic credit ratings & International Credit Ratings.
- In-depth knowledge of credit ratings criteria.
