Backed by Massimo Batteries, we are investing in cutting-edge energy storage innovation and are looking for a dynamic Technical Lead to help us build and scale our product roadmap.

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, architecture, and integration of BESS solutions (5 kW to 5 MW) - Oversee battery pack selection, PCS integration, EMS / BMS design, and thermal management - Collaborate with vendors, EPCs, and certification bodies (UL, IEC, BIS) - Create system specifications, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings - Conduct sizing and modeling using tools like HOMER, MATLAB, PVSyst - Guide pilot installations, FAT / SAT, commissioning, and field testing - Build and mentor a growing engineering team
