Job Description Sr. technical lead Job Summary Location : Bangalore Project role : Sr. technical lead Qualification : B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.TECH, Master of Engineering [M.E], Masters in Business Administration Experience : 7-12 Years Skills : Human Resource Management No. of positions : 1 Job description : 1. Project lead with 10 to 15 Years of experience in new product development with strong experience in end to end NPD & VAVE process2. Good communication skills and experience in working with global customers, cross function teams not limited to R&D and suppliers etc.3. Experience in building and handling team of 50 engineers4. Hands on experience in working on solution development, prototyping and testing5. Hands on experience in product design of plastic, sheet metal & casting with strong understanding of manufacturing process6. BS / MS / in Mechanical engineering or equivalent technical degree7. Good understanding of major design tools such as FMEA, tolerance loop, FBD,QFD, etc.8. Experience in any of the CAD tools for design development activities, CATIA is preferred9. Experience in quality and implementing new initiatives in the process10. Background on home appliances / cooking products would be an added advantage To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity TO ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
