The Lead - AdTech will be responsible for overseeing ad operations, revenue optimization strategies, data analytics, and audience development initiatives. The role will involve analyzing industry benchmarks, optimizing SSP performance, assessing yield strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will be expected to provide technical guidance, make data-driven decisions, and contribute to the strategic direction of our AdTech Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of AdTech professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Oversee and optimize daily ad operations across various platforms and channels to ensure campaign delivery and performance goals are met.
- Develop and implement advanced revenue optimization strategies for publishers, SSPs, and DSPs, focusing on yield management, header bidding, and programmatic trading.
- Drive data analytics initiatives to extract actionable insights from complex AdTech data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead audience development efforts, leveraging data to understand user behavior, segment audiences, and enhance targeting capabilities.
- Analyze industry benchmarks and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and identify market positioning.
- Assess and optimize the performance of Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
- Evaluate and refine yield strategies to maximize revenue across inventory.
- Ensure all AdTech operations and data handling practices comply with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, IAB guidelines, ads.txt, sellers.json).
- Utilize competition intelligence tools to monitor market dynamics and competitor activities.
- Validate and manage ads.txt and sellers.json files to maintain transparency and prevent unauthorized inventory selling.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex AdTech issues related to ad serving, tracking, reporting, and platform integrations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for AdTech processes, strategies, and configurations.
- Stay abreast of the latest AdTech industry trends, technologies, and regulatory Qualifications :
- Proven experience in Ad Operations and Revenue Optimization within the AdTech industry.
- Strong expertise in Data Analytics, with the ability to analyze large datasets, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in Audience Development and leveraging data for audience segmentation and targeting.
- In-depth knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers, and DMPs.
- Understanding of key AdTech concepts such as header bidding, programmatic advertising, yield management, and ad serving technologies.
- Experience with competition intelligence tools relevant to the AdTech space.
- Practical experience with ads.txt and sellers.json validation and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for dissecting complex technical and business challenges.
