Job Description
- Travel Coordination : Manage end-to-end travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring all arrangements align with client preferences and company policies.
- Vendor Management : Establish and maintain relationships with travel vendors such as airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies. Negotiate contracts and rates to secure cost-effective travel solutions.
- Itinerary Planning : Develop detailed travel itineraries, providing travelers with necessary documents and information, and making adjustments as needed.
- Customer Service : Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the travel process.
- Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all travel activities comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and documentation requirements, including visas and travel insurance.
