Team Leader Operations

Location : Gurgaon (Work from office)

Job Responsibilities

• Finding relevant information from web reports and articles
• Proficient in managing projects such as, but not limited to, quantitative, with target respondents ranging from Senior Decision Makers to C-Level executives across industries
• Share daily updates on the daily progress with the manager and other internal stakeholders
• Managing the team to meet the required targets
• Attending client calls, including project kickoffs
• Reporting to the management about projects executed
• Ensuring projects are delivered within the specified time and budget
• Delivering projects within the timelines
• Managing the quality of the data deliveries
• Managing internal reporting
