• To ensure timely reporting of Hazards and near miss.
• Training to operators on good safety practices.
• Daily / monthly safety reports / target completion.
• Active participation in Zero waste to landfill practices.
• To ensure First time right products by developing Operator.
• Identifies top paint defects & implementing action plans for resolution.
• Daily efficient production planning to meet organisation production target.
• Daily Line efficiency monitoring, analysis and action plan implementation on losses.
• To monitor and control absenteeism, Manpower handling-Deployment, multiskilling.
• Maintain accurate & up-to-date records material consumption (paint, Chemical, packaging material etc).
• Monitor & control material usage & waste to minimize cost.
