Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in technical digital marketing roles or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
• Experience with project management or project coordination.

About the Job :

As a Marketing Technology Specialist, you are tasked with changing the way we do Marketing through product strategy centered on user experience and design, establishing a shared goal across the organization, and breaking seemingly intractable problems down into simple ideas that transform our operations and relentless prioritization. In this role, you will transform marketing technology by providing our marketers with insights gleaned from past campaigns and streamlining processes and tools that we use every day.

Youre a big-thinker, formulating product plans that cause step-changes in the way Google Marketing operates. You can identify process improvements and know the difference between a tool that needs improvement and a process that needs changing. Youll bring an understanding of the fundamentals of marketing, advertising, and the creative process, and you have the skills and aptitude with user experience and design, coupled with the ability to work with agencies or internal engineering teams.
