Hytera is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives in India. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, who is looking to gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, content coordination, and channel support. The candidate will work closely with regional and global teams to strengthen brand visibility and support lead generation efforts across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing (30%)
- Plan and execute local digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid ads, and SEO to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage and grow regional social media accounts (e.g., , Facebook).
- Create, localize, and distribute digital content including posts, newsletters, banners, landing pages, etc.
- Monitor performance analytics and optimize for engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Leverage digital tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager) to execute campaigns efficiently.
2. Channel Partner Support (30%)
Collaborate with local sales and channel teams to understand partner needs and opportunities.Support co-branded campaigns, marketing fund management, and local lead generation initiatives.Provide partners with marketing materials, sales kits, and case studies.Track and report marketing fund usage, ROI, and campaign performance.Organize and support dealer events, trainings, and incentive programs with a marketing component.3. Branding & Field Marketing (40%)
Plan and execute local events, tradeshows, product launches, and roadshows to increase brand presence.Own logistics, creative, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting.Lead the development and promotion of local case studies and customer success stories.Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all materials and activities.Work with local media and PR resources to support earned media and community engagement efforts.
