Job description

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented HR Executive -Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. This role ffers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, employer branding, and candidate engagement.

Technical Skills :

Google workspace & use of excel for data tracking
Job portals & platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor
Maintaining recruitment dashboards, analysing hiring metrics, creating reports in google sheet

Behavioural Skills :

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Takes ownership of work and has a go getter attitude

High attention to detail, discretion, and agility in a fast-paced environment

Job Objectives & Responsibilities :

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media & employee referrals.

Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Conduct preliminary screening calls, schedule assessment tests and ensure positive candidate experience during the complete recruitment cycle.

Coordinate with the candidates & hiring managers for scheduling the interviews to ensure smooth interview process.

Maintain & update candidates’ databases and recruitment trackers.

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms.

Support onboarding of new hires ensuring exceptional candidate experience.

Travel to campuses for conducting assessment tests & sourcing talent to meet annual workforce numbers.

Qualification & Experience : BTech / Bachelor’s or equivalent + MBA in HR / Business Management(Desirable), 0-2 Years of work experience
