Do you enjoy building programs that strengthen customer resilience, profitability, and sustainability? Autodesk is seeking a Senior ABM Manager to spearhead growth within a targeted set of accounts. This role focuses on fostering executive engagement, long-term relationships, and the adoption of Autodesks software and services by collaborating with sales teams to position Autodesk as a strategic partner. You will play a pivotal role in aligning marketing strategies with account plans to drive visibility, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration : Partner with sales teams to develop account plans, marketing strategies, tools, and programs to drive business objectives
- ABM Campaigns : Plan and execute account-based marketing campaigns with defined growth, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Customer Engagement : Nurture buyer committees and stakeholders within prioritized accounts through innovative, consistent, and targeted marketing initiatives
- Executive Engagement Programs : Design and execute CXO-level programs to enhance executive connections and foster peer-to-peer interaction among customers
- Showcasing Value : Develop programs and assets that highlight Autodesks value as a strategic partner, helping customers maximize their relationship and solutions
- Event Management : Plan and manage events, including logistics, budgeting, attendee lists, and follow-up
- Performance Measurement : Analyze the success of ABM programs using contact, pipeline, and marketing investment metrics
- Stakeholder Advocacy : Represent account teams and customers within Autodesk to ensure their needs are integrated into broader organizational initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field with 1012 years of B2B enterprise software experienceMasters degree in Management (preferred)Proven ability to provide strategic and consultative input to sales teamsSuccessful track record of originating and executing innovative ABM campaignsDirect customer-facing experience in account-based marketing, field marketing, or solution salesExecutive engagement and event management expertiseProficiency in Salesforce CRMWillingness to travel up to 30 PERCENT during peak timesStrong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsThe Ideal Candidate

Salary is one part of Autodesks competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidates experience and geographic location.
