Key Responsibilities :
New Client Acquisition :
- Identify and onboard new current account customers (SMEs, startups, professionals, traders, etc.)
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and field visits
Relationship Management :
Maintain and grow existing client relationshipsEnsure regular engagement to understand client needs and offer relevant banking solutionsCross-Selling & Revenue Growth :
Promote and cross-sell business banking products (e.g., payment solutions, POS, forex, term deposits, loans, etc.)Drive CASA balances and transaction volume growthCompliance & Risk Management :
Ensure KYC / AML compliance and documentation accuracyMonitor account activity for risk flags or unusual transactionsCustomer Service :
Act as a single point of contact for clients for any banking requirementsResolve queries and issues promptly
