About the Role :
This is not just a sales role — it’s a strategic, end-to-end sales leadership position. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth across Southeast Asia and the Middle East by generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, building strong relationships with prospects, and closing deals for our world-class learning and leadership solutions.
Your role will involve lead generation, CRM / database management, outreach strategy, market mapping, and ownership of proposal creation, conducting sales meetings, and engaging senior stakeholders to ensure smooth deal progression and conversions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead proactive B2B outreach using , email campaigns, and other channels to build and nurture a strong sales pipeline
- Manage CRM and sales databases to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
effectively
Create, customize, and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needsConduct sales meetings and product demos virtually or in-person to engage decision- makers and influencersPerform market mapping and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends across Southeast Asia and the Middle EastMonitor sales metrics and pipeline health ; provide accurate forecasts and reports to Business ManagerBuild long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referralsTravel - based on performance and lead conversion opportunitiesRequired Skills Experience :
5-15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional services, learning, or technology domainsDemonstrated ability in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex salesExperience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Sales Navigator, and email marketing platformsStrong proposal writing and presentation skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilitiesAnalytical mindset with basic skills in sales metrics and performance trackingComfortable working remotely and collaborating across diverse teams and geographiesWhy Join DISEA?
