We are seeking a skilled PAM Administrator to join our Managed Security Services team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PAM, IAM, and PIM platforms, providing advanced-level security engineering and administration services for global clients.
This role involves designing, deploying, and managing PAM solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of privileged accounts across various environments.
- Design, deploy, and manage PAM solutions such as CyberArk, ManageEngine PAM, BeyondTrust, and Arcon Arcus.
- Configure user management and onboard resources, ensuring proper access controls are in place.
- Utilize SQL and open-source databases within enterprise environments for PAM-related tasks.
- Manage and troubleshoot systems running on Windows, Linux, networking equipment, storage solutions, VMware, and SAP.
- Oversee OS patching, security updates, and management using tools like Red Hat Satellite, Salt, and SCCM.
- Plan and conduct disaster recovery tests to ensure business continuity.
- Develop and issue SOPs to the incident management team, ensuring consistent response to security incidents.
- Prepare service delivery reports, performance analyses, capacity analyses, and security audit reports for clients.
- Ensure adherence to client audit and compliance requirements, aligning with defined change control processes.
- Perform proper handover and knowledge transfer at the end of each assignment.
- Participate in customer meetings, providing insights and updates on PAM-related activities.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years in Enterprise PAM / IAM administration, including designing, deploying, and managing PAM solutions.
- Relevant certifications in CyberArk, ManageEngine, or other PAM platforms are advantageous.
- Flexible to work in a 24x7 support environment.
- Proficient in CyberArk, ManageEngine PAM, BeyondTrust, and Arcon Arcus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.
- Understanding of networking principles and configurations.
- Experience with VMware environments.
- Skilled in SQL and open-source databases.
- Familiarity with Red Hat Satellite, Salt, and SCCM for patch deployment.
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server.
- Ability to monitor PAM implementations and troubleshoot issues effectively
