What are we looking for :

• Education : MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 college, plus a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, IT, etc.).
• Experience : 6+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years leading digital transformation projects and building digital capabilities.
• Project & Team Management : Proven experience in managing teams, delivering projects, and engaging with clients in the digital space.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Business & Process Management : Strong analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and execute / manage projects effectively.
• Data-Driven Approach : Ability to analyze data, operate with partial information and ambiguity, and demonstrate a track record of high performance.
