We’re looking for a passionate individual to join Our Team , setting up retail stores, ensuring operational excellence, and driving adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). You’ll be at the heart of Aramya’s growth engine—driving seamless execution of new store openings, coordinating across teams, optimizing store performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and brings a generalist mindset to retail and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution & Store Rollout

• Drive end-to-end execution of store expansion initiatives (company-owned and franchise), coordinating across real estate, operations, marketing, and finance teams.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and escalation pathways to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist in planning and executing store setups, managing vendor coordination for fixtures, signage, and infrastructure.
