Job Description :

HCLTech is seeking a Risk Management Specialist with expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms to join our team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of risk management frameworks, experience working with GRC tools, and the ability to contribute effectively to our risk management initiatives.

As a Risk Management Specialist , you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and managing potential risks while supporting the development and implementation of GRC strategies to meet organizational objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our risk management processes are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Risk Identification & Assessment :
• Conduct risk assessments across various business functions and operational processes.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement mitigation plans.
• Use GRC tools to monitor and report on the risk landscape effectively.
• Governance & Compliance :
• Develop and enforce compliance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize GRC processes.
• Risk Reporting & Documentation :
• Prepare and present risk management reports to senior leadership.
• Maintain clear documentation of risk analysis, mitigation plans, and compliance activities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance risk management practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration :
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, legal, and other departments to ensure risk management strategies are integrated across all functions.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to identify emerging risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
• GRC Platform Management :
• Manage and optimize GRC platforms / tools to streamline risk management processes.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of GRC tools.
