The Job

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the implementation and customization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).

Work closely with HR business users to gather and analyze requirements.

Configure and test Oracle Fusion HCM applications to meet HR business needs.

Provide end-user support and training.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.

Document HR business processes, configurations, and workflows.

Participate in upgrade and enhancement projects.

The Profile

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

1-3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.

Knowledge of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

3-12 years’ experience working in Oracle HCM Modules, Completed at least 2 to 5 full HCM Oracle Cloud project implementations.

Having Competencies on Core HCM Modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits)

Proficiency in configuring various modules of Oracle Fusion HCM.

Nice to Have-Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting tools within Oracle Fusion HCM.
