Requirements - Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus. - 1-3 years of minimum experience in sales within the medical devices / healthcare industry. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Strong knowledge of healthcare products, services, and market dynamics. - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics. - Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the hospital and healthcare market, along with a proven track record of success in sales management. You will be tasked with crafting and executing sales strategies that align with our organizational goals while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. The Area Sales Manager will also work channel partners to identify market trends and customer needs, enabling us to provide innovative tailored solutions. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and to set performance targets. Responsibilities - Individual Contributor - Target new customers and generate leads. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets. - Product demonstrations, application, installation, trouble-shooting at the end customer. - Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders within the assigned area. - Conduct demonstrations to stakeholders, showcasing our solutions and their benefits. - Negotiate and close the sales lead. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
