Job Summary :
We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) for both North and South Region with minimum 4-5 years of experience . The ASM will lead a team of field executives, manage distributor and retailer networks, and drive sales performance across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve regional sales targets
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and key surgical retail accounts
- Plan and execute market development activities and product promotions
- Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive execution
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and influencers.
- Provide regular training, field coaching, and performance reviews for the sales team
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing intelligence
