Plat4mation is looking for a ServiceNow Presales Consultant to join the Pre-sales team in India. Plat4mation is an innovative ServiceNow partner, who is helping organizations succeed by doing more with less thanks to the technology of the future. We therefore need someone with ServiceNow experience for this position. You will be working in our office in India.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide sales representatives and customers with product and solution approaches during pre-sales discussions.
• Configure and install product solutions and develop custom extensions using ServiceNow technologies that allows the product to meet the business needs of the customers.
• Have an in depth understanding of ServiceNow product(s) design and implementation methodology.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers and partners to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Assist with the development of technical documentation of business application(s).
• Participate in sales calls including delivering effective online demos and responding to technical questions from prospects.
• Lead Proof of Concept & value during the pre-sales process to our clients
