The Role : Senior Data Analyst
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will turn Quinces rich data into actionable insights. Your work will drive strategies that enhance the customer experience and optimize marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of key eCommerce metrics including traffic, site performance, conversion funnel, user engagement, cross-sell / upsell, and email capture.Analyze performance across categories, landing pages, traffic sources, and marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights and automation solutions.Act as the business owner of marketing and web analytics data; identify gaps in the current data capture strategy and recommend improvements to support digital product development.Design and analyze A / B and multivariate tests (including hypothesis creation, metric definition, and result interpretation) to improve key metrics.Prioritize tests and projects based on potential business impact.Investigate ad hoc issues and quantify their business implications.Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to monitor eCommerce KPIs and 46 years of experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or a similar analytics-driven role (preferably with web analytics and / or consulting experience).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.Proficient in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.Excellent communication skillsable to collaborate cross-functionally and explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.Strong prioritization and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and Background in marketing analytics.Security Advisory
