52 Sundaze is India’s fastest-growing SPF-first skincare brand — building cult-favourite sunscreens like our SPF 50 Rosewater Mist. We’re now looking to scale paid performance across Meta and Google.

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager who lives and breathes ROAS, creative testing, and scaling profitably across channels.

What You'll Do :

• Plan, launch & scale Meta Ads and Google ad campaigns.
• Own ROAS, CAC, CTR, and LTV metrics across platforms
• Test new creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences weekly
• Work closely with content, design, and founders
• Optimize spends across platforms with clear performance benchmarks
