We are looking for a passionate and well-connected professional with prior experience in music-led brand partnerships. This person will drive revenue by building relationships with brands and agencies, creating pitch strategies around our music talent, and closing campaigns and collaborations. Key Responsibilities
- Drive brand partnerships and sponsorships for our music talent roster.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing leads at brands, media agencies, creative agencies, and music platforms.
- Create strategic sales pitches and customised solutions for brands using music IP, artists, and campaigns.
- Work closely with internal artist managers and strategy teams to identify integration opportunities.
- Track trends in branded content, influencer marketing, and music-tech to stay ahead of the curve.
- Own revenue targets and deliver against quarterly goals.
Requirements :
4–7 years of experience in brand sales with a strong focus on music.Prior work experience at a label, music streaming platform, brand solutions agency, or similar setup.Existing network of brand and agency contacts.Proven track record in closing brand deals and managing end-to-end sales pipelines.Passionate about music, with a sharp understanding of how brands are using artists and music IP.Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and target-driven.
