Vsquare Systems - SAP FICO Consultant - Support & Implementation

Job Description : What You'll Do :

• SAP FICO Leadership & Support : Act in the capacity of a Lead Techno-Functional Consultant, managing AMS support and upgrade activities for SAP FICO processes at the client site in Pune.
• S / 4HANA Implementation : Lead and actively participate in SAP S / 4HANA implementation projects, with a proven track record of at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Core FICO Expertise : Demonstrate dominant experience in core FI areas including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, GST (Goods and Services Tax), and budgeting using SAP Project Systems (PS).
• FIORI Implementation : Ensure robust implementation and support for SAP FIORI applications relevant to FICO processes.
• User & Issue Management : Manage support for a large user base (150+ users), track all incoming issues diligently on JIRA, provide timely solutions, and offer comprehensive user support and training.
• Team Coordination : Coordinate effectively with onsite teams (including 1 FI and 1 ABAP consultant) and manage offshore resources as per project requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication : Co-ordinate actively with stakeholders, preparing and presenting weekly updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
• SLA & Escalation Management : Proactively manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) without escalations, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• BASIS Coordination : Plan and coordinate for BASIS-related activities impacting FICO modules.
• Problem Solving : Apply an innovative approach to problem-solving, ready to take on challenges and demonstrate a quick learning attitude.
